  • David Brown

    David M. Brown, MD

    Practices at: Quakertown ENT Bethlehem ENT

    Dr. David Brown is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT who recently completed his training at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr. Brown is currently seeing patients in our Quakertown and Bethlehem offices.

    Dr. Brown is originally from the Lehigh Valley and has returned to serve our community. Dr. Brown’s practice is open to all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders. He resides in Coopersburg with his wife and young son.

  • Glenn Kaye

    Glenn M. Kaye, MD, FACS

    Practices at: Adult & Child ENT

    Dr. Kaye is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT. Dr. Kaye treats all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disease, but has additional subspecialty training in speech, voice and swallowing disorders. His special interests include voice and swallowing disorders, laryngeal microsurgery and endoscopic sinus surgery. Dr. Kaye received his medical degree from the University of Rochester. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Kessler Institute and UMDNJ, and in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Mcgill University. Dr. Kaye has done fellowship training at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, and at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. Dr. Kaye has been in practice since 2000.

    David A. Prager MD, FACS, FAAOA

    Practices at: Adult & Child ENT Wind Gap ENT

    Dr. Prager is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT. Dr. Prager treats all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disease. His special interests include the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea. Dr. Prager received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and completed his specialty training at the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Prager is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Northampton Medical Society. Dr. Prager has been in practice since 1992.

  • Jose Uribe

    Jose Uribe, MD

    Practices at: Bethlehem ENT

    Jose Uribe, M.D. is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT. He has completed his ear, nose and throat residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City in 2008.

    Dr. Uribe initially completed a residency in otolaryngology (ENT) at the Hospital of Universitario de Ignacio in Bogotá, Colombia. Dr. Uribe maintained a private practice in otolaryngology in Colombia from 1991 through 2000. He then brought his family to America and completed a three year research fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center prior to beginning his residency training there.

    Dr. Uribe has a particular interest in surgery to improve cosmetic imperfections of the nose (rhinoplasty).

  • David Yen

    David M. Yen, MD, FACS

    Practices at: Bethlehem ENT

    David M. Yen, M.D. is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT. He completed his ear, nose and throat residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is also Board certified in Head and Neck Surgery.

    Dr. Yen is a native of Allentown, having graduated as Valedictorian and a National Merit Scholar from William Allen High School. Dr. Yen graduated Suma Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at Georgetown University. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania school of medicine.

    Dr. Yen is Chief of the otolaryngology (ENT) section at St. Luke’s Hospital network. He also serves on the St. Luke’s network’s medical staff executive committee. Visit slhn.org for more info. He has been practicing since 2000.

  • Jeffrey C. Bedrosian, MD

    Practices at: Bethlehem ENT

    Dr. Jeff Bedrosian is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT. He is the only fellowship trained sinus surgeon and skull base surgeon in the Lehigh Valley. He completed medical school and residency at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University. In 2012 he completed his fellowship in Advanced Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at Cornell University under the mentorship of Vijay Anand, MD. Prior to joining Specialty Physician associates in 2016, he practiced in Portland, Maine as a surgeon at Maine Medical Center.

    Dr. Bedrosian has additional training and experience treating patients with chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, nasal allergy and skull base tumors. He specializes in treating patients with difficult sinus problems, or patients who have previously had sinus surgery, but continue to experience symptoms.

    Dr. Bedrosian grew up in Perkasie, PA. He is married and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys flying and is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol.

  • Aaron Jawrorek

    Aaron J. Jaworek, MD

    Practices at: Adult & Child ENT Bethlehem ENT Wind Gap ENT

    Dr. Jaworek is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT. Dr. Jaworek earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed fellowship training in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice under the mentorship of Robert T. Sataloff, MD, DMA at Drexel University College of Medicine and the American Institute for Voice and Ear Research. He has been in practice since 2015.

  • Shannon Kearney

    Shannon Kearney, DO

    Practices at: Bethlehem Allergy & Immunology

    Dr. Kearney is board certified in Allergy and Immunology.  Dr. Kearney earned her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital .  She completed an Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at the Long Island College Hospital (Brooklyn, NY).  She has been in practice since 2005.

  • Jarrod Keeler

    Jarrod A. Keeler, MD

    Practices at: Bethlehem ENT Allentown ENT

    Dr. Keeler is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT and the Lehigh Valley’s only practicing, fellowship-trained, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. Dr. Keeler graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Florida in Microbiology and Cell Science and then in the top 10 in his class at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine. He was selected as a member of the only national honor society of medicine, Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Keeler then went on to the prestigious Duke University, where he trained in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. In his 5 years at Duke, he developed and honed his skills in surgical treatment and reconstruction of head and neck disease. There, he continued his lifelong career of both learning and instruction, authoring several book chapters, internationally renowned journal articles, and winning multiple regional and national research awards. He finished his training at one of the most sought after fellowships in the country, in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, at Stanford University, with Dr. Sam Most. There he learned some of the most innovative and advanced techniques in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery for the head and face.   • Thomas Koch

    Thomas J. Koch, MD FACS

    Practices at: Allentown ENT

    Dr. Koch is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT and Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has been practicing in the Lehigh Valley since 1988. He received his undergraduate degree from Albright College and his medical degree at the Milton S. Hershey Medical School of the Pennsylvania State University. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Maryland Hospital and went on to complete his Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Sebastian Arena, MD at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

    He is a member of the Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

    He was the President of the Lehigh County Medical Society in 2005, Chief of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital from 2005-2013, Director of Head and Neck Oncology at John and Dorothy Cancer Center from 1993-1997.

    Mrs. Altobelli is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron in 1991 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas in 1997. She has been in practice since 1991.

    Vanessa Heimbach, PA-C

    Vanessa Heimbach is a Physician Assistant as certified by the NCCPA. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from DeSales University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies. Vanessa is a Member of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants and has been practicing since 2004.

  • Keith Holden

    Keith A. Holdren, MPAS, PA-C

    Mr. Holdren is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kutztown University in 1990, his Bachelor of Science as a Physician Assistant from Hahnemann University in 1994, and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2002, with a specialization in Allergy and Immunology. He currently serves as an officer and Physician Assistant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He has been in practice since 1994.

  • Tracy Lee

    Tracy Lee, CRNP

    Tracy Lee came to Specialty Physician Associates as a Family Nurse Practitioner as certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Regis University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. At Walden University, Tracy graduated with Honors receiving her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tracy is in her first year of practice and we welcome her to the team.

    Danielle Seiple is a Physician Assistant as Certified by the NCCPA. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical and her Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University. Danielle has also received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Maryland University. She has graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a leadership award as well as an outstanding service award. Danielle has been practicing since 2013.

  • Michelle Yost

    Michelle Yost, PA-C

    Michelle graduated with a Master’s Degree from DeSales University in 2010.  She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Michelle graduated from Fleetwood Area High School in Berks County, PA. She has been practicing with Bethlehem Ear, Nose and Throat Associates (a Service Line of Specialty Physician Associates) since 2010. She and her husband Chris currently reside in Blandon, PA.

    Carly Bergey M.A., CCC-SLP

    Carly Bergey is a Speech Language Pathologist certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. She received her Bachelor of Music in Voice from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and her Masters in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is also certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, Lessac-Madsen Resonant Voice Therapy, and has extensive experience treating voice, PVFM/VCD, Chronic cough, and swallowing disorders.     Linda Dallas is an audiologist certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She received her Master’s Degree in Audiology from James Madison University and her Bacherlor’s Degree from Bloomsburg University. Linda has been practicing since 1986.

    Dr. Fulfs is an Audiologist certified by the American Board of Audiology. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Fulfs received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ, in 1972; his Master Degree in Audiology in 1996 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; and his Doctorate in Audiology from The University of Florida in 2005. Dr. Fulfs has received scholar awards from the American Academy of Audiology for the past 6 years for his accumulation of Continuing Education credits. He has been in practice since 1996.

    Dr. Rekola is an Audiologist certified by the Americian Speech, Language and Hearing Association. She enjoys all areas of audiology with specific interests in vestibular testing, cochlear implants and pediatric audiology. She has been in practice since 2015.

    Ms. Schwartz is a Speech-Language Pathologist fulfilling her clinical fellowship for certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University and her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University.  Jessica completed her clinical practicum in Voice and Swallowing at Duke University’s Voice Care Center.  She began practice in 2016.
