About Dr. Joanna R. Johnson
Joanna R. Johnson, M.D. FAAP, FAAAAI is board certified in pediatrics and allergy and clinical immunology. Dr. Johnson graduated Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania. She then graduated from the Sydney Kimmel School of Medicine of Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Johnson then served in the United States Air Force as a GMO. From that time she completed a Pediatric residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, Pa. and subsequently a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University. She has practiced allergy for 42 years including serving as Chief of Pulmonary and Allergy at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Johnson welcomes all new patients with a special interest in children.
