Dr. Uribe completed a residency in otolaryngology (ENT) at the Hospital of Universitario de Ignacio in Bogotá, Colombia. From 1991 to 2000, he maintained a private practice in otolaryngology in Columbia.
After moving with his family to the United States, Dr. Uribe finished a three-year fellowship at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York City before completing his ear, nose, and throat residency there in 2008.
Dr. Uribe has a particular interest in cosmetic surgery to resolve aesthetic problems with the nose (rhinoplasty).
